RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

Return : We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

 Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for Exchange only 

When Exchange is not accepted?

  1. Exchange not accepted due to colour Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  2. Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order

How are returns / exchanges processed?

Once you request to return / exchange a product via email at support@luvisha.com , a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return / exchange request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, this process might take 2-4 working days

CANCELLATION 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at support@luvisha.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

** LUVISHA reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please whatsapp us with your order number within 12 hours

How long does it take to receive a refund in the form of store credits for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your request within 7-10 business days incase of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money in the form of store credits after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
